SWOT Activity
Use this tool when doing any SWOT analysis to help guide you through the process. Read the template instructions before beginning this activity. You will use the criteria examples as a starting point for generating ideas to list in the Strengths, Weaknessess, Opportunities and Threats boxes. These lists will help you isolate the key issues that will be important to the future of the organization, program, or course. You will then be able to address these issues confidently, promote your objectives, and plan the marketing necessary for making your idea a success.
